The Qualcomm Robotics (RB3) Dragonboard 845c is a development board / robotics kit built by Thundercomm. It is designed as a development platform for embedded robotics or IOT products, it is the "reference" Snapdragon 845 device. Linaro test and maintain upstream Linux kernel support for it. It is also one of the reference devices in AOSP.
The db845c actually has a variant of the Snapdragon 845, codename "SDA845" it is identical except the modem doesn't have cellular capabilities, only wifi.
